From Cow to Cone - The Fablas Story...

Ever wondered what makes Fablas ice cream so ridiculously good? It all starts just 15 miles from our production unit with a herd of happy cows and ends with you, a cone, and a very happy face.

Founded in 2016, Fablas is all about small-batch, big-flavour ice cream made the proper way – using whole milk and double cream from Ty Tanglwyst Farm and the finest Italian flavourings.

From our original Cowbridge parlour to four bustling stores, we’ve grown – but our mission stays the same: to craft unforgettable scoops, celebrate Welsh ingredients, and share a little joy in every tub.
