WE CURRENTLY DO NOT OFFER A NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE on local delivery or collection.
LAST ORDERS FOR YOUR DESIGNATED DELIVERY DAY IS 2 PM - ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER 2 PM WILL BE DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING WEEK.

ALL DELIVERIES WILL BE CONTACTLESS AND SAFE.
WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
WE CAN NOT DELIVER TO ANY POSTCODES THAT DO NOT SHOW ON OUR LIST OF CURRENT POSTCODES FOR DELIVERY.
All deliveries will be contactless and will be made between the hours of 11.00am –5:00pm. This will be confirmed to you when you check out on our date and time selector.
Please ensure someone is home to receive your sweet treats during this time.
Due to the nature of our products, if you are not home WE WILL BE UNABLE TO LEAVE YOUR ORDER ON THE DOOR STEP OR IN A SAFE PLACE.
If we are unable to deliver your order, you will receive a text message welcoming you to organise a new delivery date or collect from one of our local stores, this option is only available for our local delivery and collection.
In some cases, at our discretion, your order may be delivered the next available delivery day in your area. Which can take up to, but no longer than 7 working days.

To send our ice cream across the United Kingdom, we use the best packaging for insulation and freeze the contents with dry ice. Our Ice cream in these boxes can remain frozen for up to 36 hours.
We have listed a range of products for national delivery that can be delivered to your front door. We have a £30 minimum order for national delivery,and free delivery on all orders over £50!
Please note: our local deliveries and collections continue along side this service and information for this service differs, so please see the relevant section for local delivery and collections.
When will my ice cream be posted?
We use DHL to deliver our ice cream every Wednesday.
For next day delivery, order by 12pm on Wednesday. Orders placed after this cut of time will be out for delivery the following Wednesday.
This means: Order by 12pm Wednesday for Thursday delivery. We currently only have one delivery day available for national delivery. As we grow we will be able to offer more days for delivery!
Where do you
We can deliver anywhere in mainland UK, however some areas of the Scottish Highlands and Islands are not within a next-day shipping zone and therefore we cannot sustain a frozen temperature for the time it takes to deliver here. At checkout, an error message will pop up if we are unable to deliver to you.
Is dry ice safe, what is the best way to dispose of all your packaging?
Dry ice is safe and will be sent in a sealed, labelled Jiffy bag envelope. Please do not open the contents and touch it directly with your hands as it can cause freezer burn.
Once you have unboxed your delivery, leave the dry ice in a well-ventilated space, out of reach from the little ones for 24 hours or until it is fully evaporated. (We suggest a widow sill)
All that will be left is the wrapper it came in which can be dispose of in normal waste.
Cardboard Box: This is 100% recyclable and can be recycled at home in your card recycling.
Dry Ice Jiffy Bag: Once the dry ice has evaporated, separate the bubble from the paper envelope, and recycle as normal.
Ice Cream Tubs: Both sleeve and tub and be recycled as normal.
Do I have to be home for my delivery?
Yes please! Your delivery will be safe for 36 hours after it leaves us! But we would require you to be home to receive the delivery. As all our boxes contain ice cream we would love to know that your ice cream has made it safe to your freezer as soon as possible after it leaves us. DHL will keep in informed regarding your parcels journey and you will have the option to select a safe place if you do choose to do so. Please do keep in mind that the box does contain perishable items so when selecting your safe place it needs to be appropriate for storing a box of this nature.
Yes, you can! We understand some of our customers who are local to us may not be eligible for local delivery or perhaps you need ice cream delivered next day! To get ice cream posted instead of hand delivered, simply select our National Delivery page on our website and select from our range of products available for national delivery.
Collection from our stores.
If you have selected to collect your order from our Porthcawl or Cowbridge store, your order will be available to collect on the date and time you have selected on checkout. You will receive confirmation of your order via email. All collections will be available during the opening hours of our store, which are currently 12:00am-6.30pm. If we have any issues with your collection we will contact you via your email address and telephone number.
CAN I HAVE A DELIVERY TO A POSTCODE THAT IS NOT ON THE LIST?
HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU DO DELIVER TO MY AREA?
At the top of our terms and conditions page there are designated days for delivery, with each day is a specific set of postcodes. If your postcode is on the list you will be able to receive a delivery from Fablas on the designated day provided. You will also be offered to selected your designated delivery day when you are checking out with all your sweet treats! If you are unsure please do pop us an email at email@example.com.
DO YOU OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY?
No, we currently do not offer a next day delivery service. When you place your order, your delivery will be on you the next available designated delivery day. If this changes for any reason you will be notified by a one of our Fablas team.

HOW WILL I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
You will receive a confirmation email with all of your order details enclosed. We will then follow this up with a text message to remind you of when to expect your delivery.
I HAVE ORGANISED TO COLLECT MY ORDER FROM THE PORTHCAWL STORE, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Thank you for ordering for collection from our Porthcawl store. Once you have received confirmation of your order via email, you will then receive a text message to say when your order will be available for collection. Collection will be available during our opening hours which are currently 11.00am-6.00pm.
WHEN CAN I COLLECT FROM YOUR COWBRIDGE STORE?
Our Cowbridge store is currently open Saturdays and Sundays between 11am and 6pm. If you have placed an order you will receive confirmation of when you can collect your order from the Cowbridge store on these days.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY DELIVERY?
If you need to discuss your order at all please do email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not accept any returns do to the nature of the product, but please do contact us with any issues so we can resolve your queries.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
